Shipment Processing Time We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
United States:
- US Mainland: Delivery is expected within 2-6 business days, with a maximum delivery window of 30 days. Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to natural disasters, pandemics, or situations beyond our control.

- P.O. Boxes: Standard delivery times of 2-6 business days apply.
- All US Military Bases (APO/FPO): Standard delivery times apply, though delivery may take longer due to military mail handling procedures.
- American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands: Standard delivery times apply, but delivery may take longer due to logistical considerations specific to these regions.
Canada:
- Standard Delivery: 8-14 business days. Please note that shipping to remote areas may experience slight delays. We strive to deliver orders promptly, but delays can occur due to customs processing or other external factors.
Australia:
- Standard Delivery: 8-16 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient's location within Australia. While we do our best to ensure timely shipping, delays can happen due to customs clearance, natural events, or other factors outside our control.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
Damages If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at contactus@visibuyer.com immediately. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
